Elon Musk’s $55 Billion Tesla Pay Package Product of ‘Sham Negotiations’, Shareholders Say

Tesla shareholders have argued in a Delaware court that Elon Musk’s pay package, awarded by the company’s board of directors to the CEO and potentially worth more than $55 billion (roughly Rs. 4.5 lakh crore), should be voided because it was dictated by Musk and the product of sham negotiations with directors who were not independent of him.
